| 2 | Luke (luke.moskow@gmail.com) is working with the City architects on a new RC track location during the City of Torrance's 2027 El Nido Park rebuild, a $12 million project to bring Little League fields and a complete park overhaul. This is the city plan for locating the track to the northwest corner of the park, near 182 and the railroad tracks.Luke may need community support at city council meetings or petitioning the city.
